IBM TS3310 Tape Library for sale

IBM TS3310 is a highly modular tape library with physical scalability varying from the base library 5U control module to additional expansion units of 9U height each.

The IBM TS3310 can hold up to 18 tape drives, using 1 base library and 4 expansion units. The TS3100 can support LTO3, 4, and 5 drive sleds, including SCSI, FC, and SAS connectivity. When all the tape slots are activated, the TS3100 can back up 1.2PB of storage using 2:1 compression.

The IBM 3576 System Storage TS3310 Tape Library Model L5B is a 5U base library unit that contains the library control module, fixed tape cartridge storage of 35 slots with the M2 Picker, a configurable I/O station of 6 slots, a touch screen display, cartridge handling robotics, and up to two LTO Ultrium tape drives.

The library comes standard with enablement allowing access to one-half of the total storage slots of the first Model E9U Expansion Module for future expansion of the TS3310 Tape Library.
